This month sees a return of some of the themes from early November when Mars first opposed Pluto. This same opposition takes place on 01/02 for the 2nd of 3 times. Even if nothing notable happens in your personal life, definitely keep an eye on the news for any echoes of early-November stories (cough cough, looking at you, US presidential election).

Then on 01/06, Mars travels back into Cancer to revisit some of the themes that first got stirred up there in October. The Full Moon in Cancer on 01/13 might shine some light and turn up the intensity on these themes.

We’re done with Mercury Retrograde which always brings a welcome sense of increased ease and efficiency. Mercury opposes Jupiter again on 12/26 while going at quite a clip so you may get some clarity/resolution on those “clown axis” stories we talked about last month in your Sagittarius & Gemini houses. On 01/18 Mercury finally moves out of Sagittarius and into Capricorn which will further ease interactions with Mercurial topics like communication, technology and intellectual pursuits.

Venus enters Pisces on 01/02 where she will hang out through the end of January and will then traverse much of the same ground during her upcoming retrograde in March. Venus likes being in Pisces so look out for some sweetness and creative or romantic blossoming in your Pisces house over the next few months (with some potential backpedaling during March).

The New Moon in Capricorn on 12/30 looks reasonably uncomplicated so this could be a good time to set some intentions for what you want to build and grow in the next six months.
